If you buy a lifetime license and it doesn't work out, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no hoops. Just tell us the email you used at checkout.
Passes are one-time payments that simply expire — there is nothing to cancel and you will never be auto-charged. Because passes are inexpensive and activate immediately, we do not provide partial refunds for time already started. Try the free tier first to make sure Spread works for you.
Email info@treemoondus.com from (or mentioning) the address you used at checkout, and we'll take care of it. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, refunds are returned in crypto to a wallet address you provide, and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, requesting a refund after heavy use across many purchases, or fraudulent chargebacks. We'd always rather just talk it through first.
